I had a fantastic stay at a charming villa in Bologna. the breakfast at Villa Gotti Charming Rooms was excellent, with homemade cakes and delicious coffee. the breakfast room was light and airy, creating a lovely atmosphere. José, the host, was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed, from communication before arrival to finding a plug adaptor and even lending us a highchair for our baby. The location was also convenient, with a bus stop just a 2-minute walk away, providing easy access to the town center and train station. Cons: All was perfect! 👌🏼.

From the moment we arrived at Villa Gotti, we felt completely at home. the owner made sure all our requests were handled promptly and courteously. the elegant and understated Art Deco architecture was a dream for us, connoisseurs. Our room was spotless, well-appointed, and had all the amenities we needed, including a spacious shower, effective air-conditioning, and a safe. the staff was friendly and helpful, and they provided great recommendations for restaurants. the location was perfect, with easy walking distance to the center and the beautiful Giardini Margherita park nearby. the lounge had lovely reading material, and the breakfast was varied and plentiful. We would definitely return to Villa Gotti. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The villa had a stunning garden and was surrounded by beautiful old villas in a peaceful location. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. The room was big enough and had everything I needed. The nearby park was a great place to chill.

The noise from ongoing works in the property was unbearable, starting early in the morning. It was impossible to sleep in or relax.

Loved the "charming" decor, especially the plastic cups in my room. The free breakfast buffet was a real treat, and who needs a reception or outside area anyway? Perfect for the anti-social traveler.

Such a shame that the price was a bit steep for a tiny standard room. Just what everyone wants, to pay more for less!
